RETURNS POLICY

DAMAGES:

We take pride in packing your chosen pieces no matter how small or big your order is, we try to use as little plastic as possible (bubblewrap) but if your item requires such packaging to keep it safe - it will be used. Some items will be more fragile than other items and this information WILL be given to you either on the Live when claiming or it will be in the description of the product in question. If your item arrives damaged I can assure you it will not be due to the way it is packaged.

If damages occur during posting (non fragile pieces), or in the unlikely event your parcel gets lost, you will be able to claim compensation through the postal service used (Royal Mail) which is why 48hr Tracked is used - also depending on how much your basket is worth will depend how much your postage will be so it is 100% covered for compensation reasons, the only other time another postage service is used (Parcel Force) is if your parcel exceeds 20kg OR a large box is used.

 

DAMAGES & CARE:

We do not take responsibility for any breakages, loss, or damage after your parcel has arrived safely and delivery has been confirmed. Please take care of your pieces once they are in your hands.

As a small business, we do not offer product warranties unless the item is damaged during transit. Once delivered, your crystals and minerals are considered your property and are no longer within our care.

 

RETURNING ITEMS:

In the unlikely event that you recieve the wrong item/s we strongly recommend choosing a trackable shipping method when returning them. This ensures you can track your parcel, and in the unfortunate event of loss, you can seek compensation from the postal/courier service.

If you need to return an item for a refund, it must be shipped back to the return address provided. A full refund will only be issued once the item has been received. Please note that refunds may take up to 28 working days to process. 

We kindly ask that all returns are posted within 48 hours of receiving your package.

 

PAYMENT PLANS (Pay in 3):

If you’re paying off a large item in instalments, please note that these pieces cannot be swapped or cancelled once payments have begun.

Any money paid towards the item is non-refundable, so please ensure you are fully committed to purchasing and receiving the piece before starting a plan.

Statement pieces are set aside especially for you, and this policy ensures fairness for both buyer and seller.
